Jeremy Mixon scored 21 points as IPFW routed Judson 105-65 on Saturday.

Frank Gaines and Ben Botts added 18 points each for the Mastadons (3-2), and Jason Smeathers had 15. Gaines also had 10 rebounds.

Deon Thomas had 13 points and 11 rebounds for Judson, an NAIA school that was 2-7 coming into the game and counted this contest as an exhibition. Jim Kuban also had 13 points and Landon Skinner 11 for the Eagles.

Judson kept things close in the first half until IPFW went on a 12-0 run to take a 30-15 lead with 10:29 left in the half. After a Judson 3-pointer, the Mastadons went on an 11-0 run to go up 41-18, and the rout was on.

IPFW took its biggest lead at 94-52 on a layup by Mixon with 6:23 left in the game. A pair of free throws by Gaines pushed the Mastadons over the century mark with 2:34 left to play.
