PITTSBURGH (AP) Kendall Anthony continued to fill the void by the loss of Richmond's top scorer, his 20 points leading the Spiders past Duquesne 75-58 on Wednesday night.

A week after losing leading scorer Cedrick Lindsay (18.3 ppg) for the season to torn meniscus in both knees, Anthony hit 20 or better for the third straight game.

Richmond (16-8, 6-3 Atlantic 10) opened the contest with Anthony, Wayne Sparrow and Deion Taylor knocking down back-to-back-to-back 3-pointers as the Spiders zipped out 9-2, extended that to 17-3 and were never threatened.

In the second half, Duquesne (10-13, 2-8) went more than 6 minutes without scoring, falling from nine points behind to 20.
