Harvard tops Boston 70-56

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) Wesley Saunders scored 15 points to lead Harvard past Boston University 70-56 on Monday.

Saunders hit all three of his 3-point attempts and was 4 of 7 from the floor. He also grabbed seven rebounds and has eight assists. Corbin Miller added 14 points despite going 3 of 13 from beyond the arc. Sivani Chambers had 10 points and seven assists for the Crimson (7-1), which made 23 of 25 from the line.

Blaise Mbargorba led BU with 13 points and John Papale added 10 points. The Terriers were just 11 of 20 from the line and 5 of 13 on 3-pointers.

The Terriers (2-6) led by three with 3:57 left in the first, but a pair of 3-pointers by Miller and Saunders boosted the Crimson to lead 34-33 at the half.

Harvard led by three with 8:33 left but used a 12-2 run to open a double-digit lead.
