Kyle Casey scored 18 points and Harvard made all six of its free throw attempts in the final 37 seconds to hold off Yale 78-75 on Friday night.

Harvard got 12 steals, and converted 18 Yale turnovers into 22 points while allowing only 11 points off its own 12 miscues. The game was tied 11 times and neither team led by more than six points the entire game.

Keith Wright added 17 points and Laurent Rivard had 14 for the Crimson (17-4, 6-1 Ivy League), who have won four in a row in the series. The win keeps the Crimson a half-game behind Princeton for the top spot in the conference.

Austin Morgan scored 22 points to lead the Bulldogs (11-10, 4-3), who lost despite shooting 52.1 percent (25 of 48) from the field. Greg Mangano added 19 points, Jeremiah Kreisberg had 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Porter Braswell had 10 points for Yale.
