Keith Wright scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Harvard defeated Cornell 78-57 on Saturday night for its eighth consecutive victory.

Kyle Casey added 16 points and nine rebounds for the Crimson (15-3, 4-0 Ivy League), Laurent Rivard scored 12 points, and Brandyn Curry and Christian Webster had 10 apiece.

Curry was 3 of 4 from 3-point range and Rivard 3 of 5 as Harvard shot 50 percent (10 of 20) beyond the arc.

Harvard led 41-31 after a first half in which it scored 16 points off turnovers to two for the Big Red (4-14, 0-4).

After Cornell cut the lead to 43-38, the Crimson scored the next nine points to lead 52-38 with 16:34 remaining. Harvard led for all but 1:39 of the game.

Errick Peck scored 15 points and was Cornell's only scorer in double figures. Chris Wroblewski, who came in averaging 15.5 per game, was held to seven on 3-of-13 shooting.
