Chris Singleton's availability for the rest of this season remains uncertain after surgery on his broken right foot.
Florida State coach Leonard Hamilton said Monday's surgery was successful and the 6-9 Singleton can begin rehabilitation immediately.
Singleton is the Seminoles leading scorer and rebounder. He broke his foot Saturday when he landed wrong early in Florida State's win over Virginia.
Singleton was last year's Atlantic Coast Conference defensive player of the year. He was averaging 13.8 points, 7.1 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game this season.
