Rahmon Fletcher scored 19 points to lead Wisconsin-Green Bay to a 74-59 victory over Youngstown State on Saturday.
Steve Baker and Seth Evans each helped out with 13 points each for the Phoenix (4-4, 1-1 Horizon).
Green Bay led 35-32 at the half, but the Penguins (4-3, 0-2) came back to lead by as many as eight points midway through the second period.
Youngstown State went cold late in the game, however, hitting their last field goal with 2:43 left and allowing the Phoenix to take their largest lead in the closing seconds.

Damian Eargle led the Penguins with 13 points while Vytas Sulskis added 11 and Kendrick Perry and Devonte Maymon each scored 10.
