FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) Otis Livingston II scored 14 points, Marquise Moore added 12 and George Mason used a dominant first half to cruise to a 66-38 win over Wright State on Saturday.

The Patriots (3-4) closed the first half with an 18-1 run to lead 32-10, tying the school record established in 2007 for the fewest points allowed in a half. That set a record for futility for the Raiders, who had 13 points against Air Force in 2011 - a game when they scored just 34 points.

Moore had 10 points before intermission when George Mason shot 43 percent and Wright State shot eight percent on 2 of 26 shooting - 1 of 9 from 3-point range.

Grant Benzinger led Wright State (2-4) with 11 points.
