Junior Sylvester Seay had 20 points, seven rebounds and four steals to lead Fresno State 71-70 over UC Davis on Saturday night. Mychal Ladd had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Bryce Cartwright added 13 points and eight assists for the Fresno State Bulldogs (11-17), who have beaten UC Davis in 11 straight games. Joe Harden had 25 points and Dominic Calegari scored 16 points for the UC Davis Bulldogs (12-15). The Bulldogs led 18-10 until the Aggies went on a 20-10 run to take the lead 30-28 with 4:40 left in the first half. The Bulldogs finished the half on a 10-3 run to lead 38-33 at the half. While the Bulldogs were behind 69-66, Seay made a 3-point shot with 1:21 left in the second half to tie the game. After the Aggies committed a turnover, Cartwright?s layup gave the Bulldogs a 71-69 margin with 47 seconds left to play. After Harden made one of two free throws, Seay missed the front end of free throw shot with 23 seconds to go. UC Davis' Mark Payne shot was blocked by Nedeljiko with two seconds left sealed the victory for the Bulldogs.
