Yorel Hawkins scored 13 points and Fairfield used a balanced attack to defeat Siena 68-55 on Friday night for its fifth straight win.

Seven Fairfield players scored at least seven points as its bench outscored Siena's reserves 23-8. Lyndon Jordan added 10 points for Fairfield.

The Stags (23-5, 15-2 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) used a 10-0 run in the second half to turn a three-point lead into a 53-40 cushion with 6:01 to play. The lead remained in double digits the rest of the way.

Fairfield held an opponent under its 58.1 points per game average for the third time in the past five games.

The Saints (11-17, 7-10) made only 39.7 percent from the field (23 of 58), but the Stags fared worse, shooting 36.8 percent (25 of 68). The Stags outscored the Saints 18-4 on points off turnovers.

Ryan Rossiter had 16 points and 15 rebounds to lead Siena.
