PEORIA, Ill. (AP) Egidijus Mockevicius scored 20 points and gathered 17 rebounds and D.J. Balentine added 22 points to help Evansville defeat Bradley 67-55 Tuesday night, winning its fourth straight with one game left in the regular season.

Mockevicius, the 6-foot-10 senior from Vilnius, Lithuania, set a program rebounding record late in the game, grabbing the 1,198th of his career. The scoring-rebounding double-double was his eighth in a row and his nation-leading 25th this season.

Bradley led most of the first half until a Balentine 3-point play put Evansville (23-7, 12-5 Missouri Valley Conference) ahead 20-19 with 5:19 remaining in the period. The Purple Aces, a solid second in the MVC, led 29-25 at halftime, built a 10-point lead less than two minutes into the second half and were not threatened after that.

Callum Barker scored 14 points to lead Bradley (5-25, 3-14) with Antoine Pittman adding 12 and Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye 11 with seven assists.
