Samme Givens had 16 points and 14 rebounds and Gerald Colds scored 15 points as Drexel pulled away from cold-shooting Georgia State for a 57-33 Colonial Athletic Association victory Monday night.

The Panthers (8-11, 3-6), who lost their fifth straight game, were held to the lowest score in program history, five points fewer than in a 46-38 loss to Utah on Nov. 17, 2003. They shot just 29.2 percent (14 of 48) from the field.

The Dragons (13-6, 5-4) allowed their fewest points by an opponent since a 45-33 victory over Division III Widener in the 1978-79 season.

Colds scored 12 of his points in the second half, including seven during an 18-5 run when Drexel widened a 25-18 lead to 43-23 with 8:32 remaining.
