Dartmouth over UMass Lowell 69-48

LOWELL, Mass. (AP) Alex Mitola scored 19 points with three rebounds and four assists to lead Dartmouth to a 69-48 victory over the University of Massachusetts Lowell on Wednesday night.
Gabas Maldunas added 13 points and led the Big Green (3-4) with 10 rebounds. Connor Boehm had 10 points and six rebounds.
UMass jumped to a 15-9 start before Dartmouth's Malik Gill hit a 3-pointer to spark a 12-5 run and the Big Green went up 21-20 with 6:49 left in the first period. They led 36-27 at the break.
A 9-2 run to open the second period gave the Big Green a 45-29 advantage early and they maintained a double-digit advantage throughout the rest of the game.

Lance Crawford led the scoring for the River Hawks (6-4) with 14 points. Chad Holley added 10.
