Andrew Goudelock scored 18 points to lead College of Charleston in an 81-68 win over Georgia Southern on Thursday night. Donavan Monroe added 16 points for the Cougars (20-7, 12-5 Southern Conference), who have won two games in a row and four of their last five. Tyler Troupe recorded a double-double for the Eagles (7-18, 5-12), scoring 17 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. Ben Drayton added 16 points and Antonio Hanson chipped in 11 for the Eagles, who have lost eight straight. The Cougars led by one point at the break, but outscored the Eagles 51-39 in the second half to seal the win. They shot a blistering 67.9 percent from the field (19 of 28) in the second compared to a 44.1 percent mark (15 of 34) for the Eagles after halftime. The Cougars bench outscored the Eagles' 33-13 in the game.
