Kyle Randall scored 19 points and Central Michigan beat Pepperdine 80-77 Sunday night, handing them their first loss at home this season.

Pepperdine (6-4) had six players in double figures in a game with plenty of 3-pointers.

Central Michigan (5-4) had a season-high 14 3-pointers.

Blake Hibbitts had five 3-pointers (15 points) and Randall had four. Austin Keel and John Simons scored 12 points apiece. Simons had five rebounds, and Chris Fowler added seven assists.

Pepperdine had a season-high 11 3-pointers.

Central Michigan led 32-30 at halftime. Pepperdine trailed by as many as 13 in the second half and cut the lead to one when Lorne Jackson hit a 3-pointer at 0.02. But Randall hit two free throws.

Nikolas Skouen scored 16 points for Pepperdine. Jordan Baker had 12 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists. Stacy Davis had 12. Jackson, Jett Raines and Atif Russell had 10 points apiece.
