Marvelle Harris had 10 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks to lead Campbell to a 73-50 win over Western Carolina on Friday night.

Martell Jackson added 15 points and Lorne Merthie had 12 for the Camels (5-3), who have won three in a row and five of the last six.

Campbell took a 35-30 lead into halftime, then widened the gap to 42-30 while holding the Catamounts (4-7) scoreless the first 2:40 of the second half.

Western Carolina got to 46-43, but Campbell used a 10-2 run to regain the momentum.

The Camels blocked 10 shots and outrebounded the Catamounts 41-30.

Campbell shot 50 percent from the field (24 of 48), including 54.5 percent in the second half (12 of 22). Western Carolina was 18 of 55 for the game (32.7 percent) and 6 of 24 in the second half (25 percent).

Keaton Cole, who scored 12 points, was the only Catamounts player in double figures.
