Jer'Vaughn Johnson scored 23 points and Orane Chin added 21 to lift Cal State-Fullerton past San Diego 90-76 on Saturday night.
The Titans (3-5) were up just 41-39 at halftime, but they grew their lead in the second period thanks to 64 percent shooting from the floor.
Devon Peltier added 19 points for the Titans while Roger Guardia scored 14, including shooting 4 for 4 from 3-point range.
Chris Manresa led the Toreros (1-6) with 16 points. Darian Norris added 14 points, including shooting 10 for 11 from the free-throw line, and Ken Rancifer scored 12.
