Shawn Lewis scored 17 points to lead Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo to a 56-40 victory over UC Riverside on Saturday night.
The Mustangs (13-11, 8-4 Big West) led most of the way and were ahead by as many as 22 points late in the second half. It marked the fifth straight win for Cal Poly, the team's longest winning streak in four seasons.
Will Donahue added 16 points for Cal Poly while David Hanson scored 11, including three 3-pointers.
Javon Borum also made a trio of 3-pointers for the Highlanders (9-14, 4-7) and finished with a team-high 16 points.
