WASHINGTON (AP) Kellen Dunham scored 29 points and Butler survived a late collapse and overtime session to beat Georgetown 90-87 on Saturday.

Jordan Gathers made a pair of free throws with 2 seconds left in overtime - his only points in the game - and then Tre Campbell's half-court heave was blocked at the buzzer to let Butler escape with its tournament hopes intact.

Down for most of the game, Georgetown rallied in the second half to tie it at 52. Butler (19-9, 8-8 Big East) then made a 16-0 run that made it 68-54 with 7:04 to go.

Georgetown wasn't done, though. A 9-0 run drew the Hoyas to within two at 79-77 with 30 seconds to go. Isaac Copeland was fouled shooting a 3-pointer with 3.7 remaining and hit all three, sending it to overtime tied at 80.
