Zach Filzen scored 16 points and led four Buffalo players in double figures in the Bulls' 82-74 win over Niagara on Wednesday night.
Titus Robinson and Tony Watson II added 12 points each off the bench, and Mitchell Watt had 10 for Buffalo. The Bulls' bench scored 38 points, and Buffalo won for the third straight time over Niagara.
Buffalo (5-2) shot 49 percent from the field (25 of 51), while outrebounding Niagara 47-34. Javon McCrea led the way with 13 rebounds for the Bulls, who led 38-28 at halftime.
Buffalo was 10 of 24 from 3-point range (41.7 percent), including a 4-of-12 performance by Filzen.
Marvin Jordan and Juan'ya Green scored 16 points each for Niagara (3-6), and Antoine Mason had 13. Scooter Gillette and Ameen Tanksley chipped in 12 points each for the Purple Eagles, who lost their third in a row.
