Bucknell 74, Dartmouth 57
Bryson Johnson scored all 14 of his points in the first half to lead Bucknell to a 74-57 victory over Dartmouth on Thursday night.
Darryl Shazier added 12 points for the Bison (8-7) who have won six of their past seven games.
Dartmouth (4-8) led 14-7 before Bucknell took control with a 24-2 run that gave the Bison a 31-16 lead on Joe Willman's jumper with 3:56 left before halftime.
Johnson scored all 14 of his points in the run, scoring eight consecutive points in one stretch. He hit three 3-pointers in span of 1:16.
Bucknell took a 61-41 lead on two free throws from Ben Brackney with 10:53 left in the game.
G.W. Boon added 10 points and Bryan Cohen had 12 rebounds for the Bison, who shot 87 percent from the three-throw line (20 of 23) and outrebounded Dartmouth 41-28.
Kirk Crecco led the Big Green, who have lost three of their past four games, with 11 points.
