Trey Finn scored 20 points and Malcoln Kirkland and Ed Townsel 14 apiece to lead Arkansas State to an 83-59 victory against Troy on Thursday night.
Kirkland had eight rebounds for the Red Wolves (11-17, 5-8 Sun Belt), who shot 64.3 percent (18 of 28) in the second half to break open a game in which they never trailed and led by nine points at the break.
The Trojans (8-16, 3-10) were doomed by turnovers, as they had 14 giveaways to Arkansas State's seven. The Red Wolves had a 17-2 advantage in points off turnovers.
Steven Cunningham scored 14 points and Ray Chambers 10 for Troy.
