Mike Tyson's a step closer to Broadway.

Sources said producer Eric Nederlander was talking to the ex-champ about bringing his successful one-man show, "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth," to New York.

Tyson candidly discusses past demons in his show, including his rocky marriage to Robin Givens -- and a wild story about finding her with Brad Pitt.

The former world heavyweight champion also talks about his prison term for rape and admission to a psych ward after his 1997 Evander Holyfield ear-biting incident.

The show played six well-reviewed nights at Las Vegas' MGM Grand, where audience members included Rosie O'Donnell, Paula Abdul and Vince Neil.

"The plan has been to see how the show played, then tour like Chazz Palminteri and 'A Bronx Tale,'" a source said.
