Aaron Pryor Jr. lost a unanimous decision to Edwin Rodriguez in a super middleweight bout in an outdoor ring in the Florida Keys on Friday night.

The boxers went the distance during the 10-round bout at Mallory Square. Pryor, the son of Hall of Fame champion Aaron Pryor, fell to 15-3. Rodriguez moved to 18-0 after the judges scored the bout 96-93, 98-91 and 97-92.

''He was robbed,'' said the elder Pryor, who waged one of boxing's classic fights against Alexis Arguello a few miles north in Miami. ''He lost his spirit after that and the match.''

Pryor was penalized a point for an elbow blow to Rodriguez's head during the eighth round.
