Just misses last-minute TD Fuller corralled six of seven targets for 108 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 31-23 loss to the Vikings.
Impact Fuller came down with a 24-yard TD from Deshaun Watson at the 9:47 mark of the third quarter, and he nearly completed a miraculous catch in the back corner of the end zone on Houston's final offensive drive. It was initially ruled on the field that Fuller secured a fourth-down catch to put Houston within two points, but after review, the call was overturned. Despite the hit to Houston's postseason hopes, Fuller has touchdowns in consecutive games as the Texans prepare to face a Jacksonville defense that surrendered 300 passing yards to Cincinnati on Sunday.

Cleared for Week 4 action Fuller (hamstring) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Impact Fuller was added to the Texans' Week 4 injury report Thursday after logging a limited practice, but he quickly rebounded to a full session Friday. Following a Week 2 statistical dud, Fuller bounced back in this past Sunday's loss to the Steelers, catching four of his five targets for 54 yards and a TD while lining up for 44 of the team's 47 snaps on offense. He'll take aim Sunday at a Vikings defense that has allowed an average of 292.3 passing yards through three games. Only the Falcons and Seahawks are yielding more.

On track for Sunday Coach Bill O'Brien said Fuller (hamstring) is "going to be fine" and will practice Friday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact The 26-year-old was added to Thursday's injury report as a limited participant, but it appears the injury isn't a serious concern. It remains unclear if Fuller will be able to practice as a full participant Friday, so he could still end up receiving the questionable tag.

Thursday addition to injury report Fuller was added to the Texans' Week 4 injury report after logging a limited practice Thursday.
Impact It looks like Fuller may have tweaked his hamstring at practice Thursday, though at this stage it's unclear if he status for Sunday's game against the Vikings is in any danger. If Fuller is limited or out this weekend, added targets would be available for Brandin Cooks, Randall Cobb and Kenny Stills.

Time to panic? Late collapse drops Texans to 0-3

SEPTEMBER 27, 2020 • Associated Press
First TD of 2019 Fuller caught four of five targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-21 loss to the Steelers.
Impact After receiving zero targets in Week 2's loss to the Ravens, Fuller bounced back and garnered a team-high five targets, hauling one in for a 14-yard touchdown late in the first half. Fuller and Randall Cobb both accounted for touchdowns Sunday to become the first Texans wide receivers to score this season. It appears Fuller is past the hamstring injury that hampered him in Week 2, so while he's still a bit boom-or-bust, he should be dependable as long as he stays healthy. The Texans have an intriguing Week 4 matchup on tap against the Vikings, who have let up an average of 299.3 passing yards per game this season.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 • Associated Press
Not on injury report Fuller wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report.
Impact Fuller spent time with the training staff during Sunday's 33-16 loss to Baltimore, ultimately finishing the game without any targets on 63 percent snap share. He caught eight passes while playing 80 percent of snaps against the Chiefs in Week 1, so it's hard to imagine the reduced role Week 2 wasn't at least partially related to an injury. Whatever the case, Fuller is healthy enough to avoid the Week 3 injury report as the Texans prepare for another tricky matchup, this time traveling to Pittsburgh.

Not targeted Week 2 Fuller was not targeted in Sunday's 33-16 loss to the Ravens in Week 2.
Impact Fuller left the game with a hamstring injury in the second quarter but was back on the field after halftime. It's unclear if the hamstring continued to be an issue, but something was amiss between quarterback Deshaun Watson and Fuller. The duo connected on eight passes (10 targets) for 112 yards in Week 1. Watson instead sought out Brandin Cooks (eight targets), Jordan Akins (seven) and Randall Cobb (six).
SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Back in action Sunday Fuller (hamstring) has returned to Sunday's game against Baltimore, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Fuller spent time on the sideline getting his right hamstring looked at before halftime, but he's now managed to retake the field during Houston's first drive of the third quarter. The 26-year-old has yet to log a catch during Sunday's contest.
SEPTEMBER 20, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Getting hamstring looked at Fuller is having his right hamstring checked by trainers during Sunday's game against the Ravens, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Fuller doesn't look likely to re-enter Sunday's contest before the end of the second quarter, so the Texans will make use of halftime to evaluate his right hamstring further. If Fuller ends up forced to miss time, Kenny Stills, Randall Cobb and Keke Coutee will be candidates to draw increased targets behind Brandin Cooks.

Houston Texans do little right as they lose to Chiefs again

The Houston Texans started this season the same way they ended the last one by losing to the Kansas City Chiefs
SEPTEMBER 11, 2020 • Associated Press
Eclipses century mark in loss Fuller brought in eight of 10 targets for 112 yards in the Texans' 34-20 loss to the Chiefs on Thursday.
Impact Fuller's reception, receiving-yardage and target tallies were all game-high figures, as the fifth-year receiver looked in his element as the team's new No. 1 pass-catching option in the wake of DeAndre Hopkins' offseason departure. While Fuller's talent is undeniable, so is his propensity for injury -- he's played in just 28 of a possible 48 regular-season games the past three seasons. Therefore, about the only limitation on his ability to put up above-average production at minimum will likely be health, so fantasy managers are left with no choice but to hold their collective breath each week and enjoy the highs of what will likely be several more strong lines the likes of Thursday's in the interim. Fuller will have the tall order of trying to replicate his Week 1 numbers in a Week 2 home matchup against the Ravens on Sunday, Sept. 20.
