Jahmyr Gibbs rescues Lions with long TD run in OT for 34-27 win over Giants

The Detroit Lions have avoided losing consecutive games for the first time in more than three years
NOVEMBER 23, 2025 • Associated Press
Racks up 156 yards in Week 12 Robinson caught nine of 14 targets for 156 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-27 overtime loss to the Lions. He also rushed once for no gain.
Impact Robinson got behind the defense for a 39-yard touchdown catch on a flea flicker to cap the opening drive. That score was part of a sensational first quarter that also included a 40-yard reception and the NFL's version of an NBA and-one, on which Robinson held on for a 15-yard catch that also drew an unnecessary roughness penalty on Brian Branch. Robinson caught all four of his first-quarter targets for 106 yards and a touchdown, then tacked on five catches for 50 yards on 10 targets the rest of the way. He has drawn 45 targets over the past four games, so Robinson should continue to see plenty of volume against the Patriots in Week 13, regardless of whether Winston or Jaxson Dart (concussion) starts under center for the Giants.

Modest production with nine targets Robinson brought in four of nine targets for 36 yards in the Giants' 27-20 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Impact Robinson garnered more of Jameis Winston's attention in the latter's 2025 debut than any other pass catcher, but that amounted to a modest yardage total. Robinson did tie for the second-most receptions on the afternoon for New York, but he continues to be utilized in a shorter-area role more often than not, limiting his overall upside. Nevertheless, Robinson is not without downfield chops, so he's a threat to break out on any given week given both Jaxson Dart's (concussion) and Winston's willingness to be aggressive.

Targeted 11 times in Week 10 Robinson caught six of 11 targets for 62 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Bears.
Impact Robinson led the Giants in targets, but both Darius Slayton (89) and Theo Johnson (75) produced more receiving yards. Whether the Giants start Jaxson Dart (concussion) or Russell Wilson at quarterback in Week 11 against the Packers, Robinson should continue to fill his usual role as a shifty outlet for short passes. Wilson replaced Dart after the rookie sustained a concussion in the second half against the Bears.
NOVEMBER 9, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Nine short catches in Week 9 Robinson caught nine of 11 targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the 49ers.
Impact Robinson led the Giants in targets and catches but averaged just 5.1 yards per reception and fell 16 receiving yards shy of Darius Slayton's team-high total. Though Robinson rarely catches the ball more than a few yards downfield, his significant target share from Jaxson Dart gives Robinson a high fantasy floor, especially in PPR formats. Heading into a Week 10 road game against the Bears, Robinson has recorded at least six receptions in five of nine games.
NOVEMBER 2, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Held to three catches in Week 8 Robinson caught three of four targets for 48 yards in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Eagles.
Impact Robinson led the Giants in receiving yards on a quiet day for Jaxson Dart and the passing game. Darius Slayton (hamstring) returned from a two-game absence and led the team with five targets. Robinson should continue to operate underneath, while Slayton works as the team's top downfield wide receiver in Week 9 against the 49ers.

Even Amid a Giants Collapse, This Play May Be the Moment Rookie QB Jaxson Dart Arrived

Even Amid a Giants Collapse, This Play May Be the Moment Rookie QB Jaxson Dart Arrived
Leads team with 95 yards Sunday Robinson finished with six receptions on 12 targets for 95 yards in Sunday's 33-32 loss to Denver.
Impact Robinson paced the Giants in receptions and yardage for the second week running, this time also surpassing Lil'Jordan Humphrey in targets. The 24-year-old Robinson is now averaging 5.7 receptions and 69.7 yards in three games since taking over for for Malik Nabers (knee) as the Giants' top wideout. Robinson provides enough upside in his current role to warrant flex consideration against the Eagles next Sunday.

‘He’s a Beast’: Hard-Charging Cam Skattebo Sparking The Revived Giants

‘He’s a Beast’: Hard-Charging Cam Skattebo Sparking The Revived Giants
Paces pass catchers in win Robinson secured six of seven targets for 84 yards and a touchdown in the Giants' 34-17 win over the Eagles on Thursday night.
Impact Robinson's catch and yardage totals were both team highs for the Giants on the night, and his target tally was second only to that of Lil'Jordan Humphrey. The highlight of Robinson's night was his 35-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter, his second score of the campaign. Robinson has now seen seven targets apiece in his first two full games without Malik Nabers IR, knee), and his involvement should remain elevated during a tough Week 7 road matchup against the Broncos on Sunday, Oct. 19.

Cam Skattebo runs for 3 TDs and Jaxson Dart shines as the Giants beat the Eagles 34-17

Hauls in five catches Sunday Robinson caught five of seven targets for 30 yards in Sunday's 26-14 loss to the Saints. He also added two rushing yards on his only carry.
Impact Jaxson Dart wasn't able to stretch the field much in his first game working without Malik Nabers (knee), and while tight ends Theo Johnson (6-33-2 on seven targets) and Daniel Bellinger (4-52-0 on four targets) saw more volume than usual, Robinson was able to get his share of those short passes as well. The veteran slot receiver has caught multiple passes in four of five games so far in 2025, posting a 23-267-1 line on 34 targets, and he should continue to have a solid PPR floor given the team's lack of other receiving options. However, Robinson may not have much of a ceiling in a Week 6 clash with the Eagles.

Jaxson Dart Leads Giants to First Win in First Start, But It'll Get Tougher From Here

On Sunday, Jaxson Dart brought hope to a team starved for a win, but without WR Malik Nabers, the rookie QB could face daunting days ahead.

Jaxson Dart Leads Giants to First Win in First Start, But It'll Get Tougher From Here
Just three grabs Sunday Robinson caught three of five targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 21-18 win over the Giants.
Impact The five targets tied for the team lead with tight end Theo Johnson, but it was still disappointing volume for Robinson in Jaxson Dart's first career NFL start under center, especially considering that Malik Nabers (knee) was knocked out of the game in the second quarter. Nabers could have a torn ACL which would sideline him for the remainder of 2025, a brutal blow to the Giants offense that would leave Robinson and Darius Slayton atop the depth chart at WR. Robinson will take an 18-237-1 line on 27 targets into a Week 5 clash with the Saints, but the bulk of that production came Week 2 with Russell Wilson at the helm of the offense.

Held to one catch Robinson recorded one catch on four targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 22-9 loss to the Chiefs.
Impact The Giants' passing offense never got on track, limiting the production of the entire receiving corps. Robinson wasn't immune, turning in season-worst marks in every statistical category. Many of his targets were tightly contested -- including one that was picked off in double coverage -- and Robinson was hit hard over the middle on his lone catch of the night late in the fourth quarter. Positively, he should continue to maintain a significant role in the offense in Week 4 against the Chargers.

Cleared to face Chiefs Robinson (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Impact Robinson was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday, having picked up a minor injury during his career-best performance Sunday against the Cowboys. While unlikely to approach last week's 8-142-1 receiving line, Robinson does actually offer some upside now that he's getting targets that aren't within five yards of the line of scrimmage.

Limited again Thursday Robinson (foot) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Impact Robinson continues to nurse a foot injury he evidently sustained during New York's loss to Dallas in Week 2, As long as he's able to log at least limited reps again Friday, though, Robinson seems like a solid candidate to gain clearance in time for Sunday night's home game against the Chiefs. Robinson has commanded a total of 18 targets across two regular-season appearances so far, and in Week 2 he translated 10 of those looks into a tremendous 8-142-1 receiving line.
SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Tending to foot issue Robinson was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a foot injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Impact Robinson dealt with an ankle issue last week and now is tending to a new health concern as the Giants prep for Sunday's matchup with the Chiefs. During a Week 2 back-and-forth overtime loss at Dallas, Robinson handled a 70 percent snap share and reeled off eight catches (on 10 targets) for 142 yards and one touchdown, all of which were surpassed by No. 1 WR Malik Nabers' 9-167-2 line on 13 targets.
