Impact Amadi was forced to miss the Titans' last two games with an ankle injury. He returned to a full practice Wednesday and didn't carry an injury tag, so it appears that coach Mike Vrabel has decided to lean on Andrew Adams as the backup free safety against the Commanders.

Dealt to Eagles Seattle traded Amadi to Philadelphia on Monday in exchange for J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Impact The Seahawks apparently had planned to simply cut Amadi before the trade for Arcega-Whiteside materialized. He has registered more than 50 tackles each of the past two seasons, so he'll provide some welcome depth in the defensive backfield and serve as a seasoned special-teams contributor for the Eagles.
