Former Arizona Cardinals first-round pick Josh Rosen has signed with the Atlanta Falcons and will compete to open the season as the backup quarterback

Impact Miller played just one game for the Eagles in 2019 after being a fourth-round selection, and he failed to make the team this season. He could be a healthy scratch often in Carolina as well, but he'll serve as depth at the very least.

What was further surprising is that Miller only saw two special-teams snaps during his one game with the club in 2019. The 23-year-old will be looking for a depth or practice-squad roster spot elsewhere.
