Signs with Jets The Jets signed Skinner to a contract Thursday, Eric Allen of the team's official site reports.

Impact Skinner signed with the Falcons in 2025 as an undrafted free agent but was unable to make his NFL debut with the team. The wide receiver had 29 receptions for 367 yards and eight touchdowns in his final season with Vanderbilt. The Jets waived/injured Jalen Walthall in a corresponding move.

Impact Skinner signed with the Falcons in late April as an undrafted free agent. He entered training camp looking to earn a depth spot on the 53-man roster but didn't produce enough offense, finishing with three catches (on five targets) for 29 yards. Assuming he clears waivers, Skinner will explore his next options and look to catch on with a team in need of pass-catching depth.

Impact Skinner's a long shot to make the team out of training camp, but the wide receiver out of Vanderbilt will try to impress the coaching staff and climb the depth chart. He had 367 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 2024, which was the 6-foot-1, 204-pounder's most productive college campaign.
