Impact Lestage can now return to Seahawks practices and work to earn a shot with the active roster. However, with a mostly healthy Seattle offensive line, especially at Lestage's position of center, it may be an uphill battle.

Impact Lestage landed on the NFI list to open camp while recovering from surgery to repair a sports hernia in June, but he's now been cleared to practice. The rookie UDFA will competed for a depth role on the interior of Seattle's offensive line.
