Mostly sees special-teams duty Clement finished the 2020 season with 20 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown in 15 games, while adding five catches on six targets for 25 more yards.
Impact Clement was only involved in the Eagles offense when Miles Sanders was out. Even then, it was only minimal involvement as pint-sized Boston Scott took over as the lead back in those several games. The 27-year-old former Super Bowl hero now heads into unrestricted free agency.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Just four catches in 2020 Arcega-Whiteside caught just four passes on eight targets for 85 yards this season.
Impact Injuries were largely to blame for his poor showing as a rookie, but that was hardly the case in Arcega-Whiteside's sophomore season. Even though the receiving corps was ravaged by injury in the first half of the campaign, the 24-year-old managed more than 18 snaps or one target in a game just once each all year. Arcega-Whiteside did get COVID-19, but the 2019 second-round pick had already gone the route of a healthy scratch before then. He would also remain so when he recovered and will likely begin 2021 at the bottom of the Eagles' depth chart.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Posts 10 catches in rookie season Hightower caught 10 of his 29 targets for 167 yards across 13 games during the 2020 season.
Impact Since Hightower often functioned as a downfield threat for Philadelphia, he didn't draw many high-percentage targets as a rookie, though he didn't help himself by dropping three passes. Hightower did most of his damage in the first half of the season when many of the Eagles' receivers were banged up, but he became a healthy scratch for three of Philadelphia's last four games, with fellow rookie Quez Watkins passing him up on the depth chart. Hightower will almost certainly have to fight for a roster spot in training camp this summer.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Activated from COVID-19 list The Eagles activated Robey-Coleman (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Robey-Coleman missed Philadelphia's regular-season finale against Washington after testing positive for COVID-19, but he's now gained full medical clearance and can return to team facilities. The veteran cornerback recorded 44 tackles (37 solo), one forced fumble and one fumble recovery during 15 appearances in 2020. He'll become an unrestricted free agent in March.
JANUARY 20, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Sees more action toward year's end Watkins finished the 2020 campaign with seven catches on 13 targets for 106 yards and a touchdown across six appearances.
Impact The rookie sixth-round pick spent the beginning of the campaign on injured reserve, and once activated Week 4, he was initially buried on the depth chart at wide receiver. The Eagles gained more trust in Watkins over the final quarter of the season, however, as he played at least 22 snaps in three of the last four games and drew a target in each of those contests. Watkins will still rank fairly low on the depth chart heading into 2021, making it difficult for him to carve out meaningful fantasy value.
JANUARY 20, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Gets into one game in 2020 Sudfeld completed five of his 12 pass attempts for 32 yards and an interception in his lone appearance during the 2020 season.
Impact Sudfeld didn't see the field until the regular-season finale versus Washington, when Carson Wentz was a healthy inactive for the contest. Head coach Doug Pederson then elected to bench an ineffective Jalen Hurts for the second half of that contest, allowing Sudfeld to get some snaps in the final two quarters. The 27-year-old is due to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and the fact that Pederson has since been dismissed could hurt Sudfeld's chances of sticking around in Philadelphia after he had been with the organization as a backup for the past four seasons.
