INJURIES

Receives week-to-week label Coach Sean McDermott said Milano (pectoral) is considered "week-to-week,", Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Impact The 26-year-old exited Sunday's win over the Raiders during the fourth quarter due to the pectoral injury, recording six tackles (three solo) and on pass breakup before leaving the contest. Milano's availablility for Week 5 remains up in the air, though his status should be updated later in the week once the Bills return to practice.

Bills D finally makes a stand in sealing win over Raiders

The Buffalo Bills' defense finally made a second-half stand in securing a win over Las Vegas Raiders to ease the burden from the Josh Allen-led offense

Questionable to return Sunday Milano is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders due to a pectoral injury.
Impact Milano was forced out of Sunday's contest midway through the fourth quarter. The Bills will rely on Tyrel Dodson to handle expanded defensive snaps as long as Milano remains sidelined.
OCTOBER 4, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Fills out stat sheet Milano posted eight tackles, a sack, a pass defensed and two quarterback hits during Sunday's win over the Rams.
Impact Now that's what you call a return from a hamstring injury. Milano had a bigger statistical day than teammate Tremaine Edmunds (five tackles), who also returned after a one-game absence. Expect Milano to continue his usual stat-filling ways when the Bills take on the Raiders in Las Vegas. He was on the field for all 69 defensive plays Sunday, so assume he's close to full health again.
SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Suiting up Sunday Milano (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game versus the Rams.
Impact Milano sat out of Week 2's matchup versus the Dolphins, but he practiced fully Friday and is ready to rock Sunday. It's unclear if he'll face any sort of pitch count in his return to action, but if he logs a full workload, he's a solid IDP contributor coming off a 101-tackle season.
SEPTEMBER 27, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
On track to play Sunday Milano (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, is expected to be available to play, Kimberly Jones of NFL Network reports.
Impact Like Milano, Tremaine Edmunds (shoulder) is also questionable after sitting out the Bills' Week 2 win over the Dolphins, but both linebackers should be ready to return for a matchup between undefeated squads. Assuming Milano is able to take on a normal snap load, he should make for a solid lineup option in IDP leagues. He tallied 101 tackles and nine passes defensed -- both career highs -- over 15 games in 2019.

SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 • Associated Press
Officially questionable Milano (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Impact Milano began the week with back-to-back limited practices but was a full participant in Friday's session, a hint that he's trending in the right direction. With fellow starting linebacker Tremaine Edmunds (shoulder) also listed as questionable, Milano's availability is important for Buffalo's odds of containing the Rams on Sunday.

Matt Milano, Tremaine Edmunds, Taron Johnson all questionable for Buffalo Bills - Los Angeles Rams Three players out, three up in the air.
SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 • BUFFALORUMBLINGS.COM
Limited again Milano (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis Thursday for the second straight day.
Impact Milano missed last week's win over the Dolphins, but he seems to be trending toward suiting up this week against the Rams. A limited or full practice Friday will back that hypothesis.

Diggs focuses on giving and receiving in 1st year with Bills

Stefon Diggs would rather give than receive in taking a team-first approach in his first season with the Buffalo Bills
SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 • Associated Press
Starts week with limited practice Milano (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Impact Milano missed last week's win over Miami after hurting his hamstring in the season opener against the Jets. The linebacker was unable to practice last week, so this is already a step in the right direction, though he's still viewed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams at this point.

Out for Week 2 Coach Sean McDemott said on WGR 550 Radio on Friday that Milano (hamstring) will miss Sunday's game in Miami, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact The Bills will have some challenges to overcome against the Dolphins, as fellow starter Tremaine Edmunds has also been ruled out. Expect to see more of A.J. Klein, Tyler Matakevich, Tyrel Dodson and even deep reserve Deon Lacey.
SEPTEMBER 18, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Misses another practice Milano (hamstring) missed his second straight practice Thursday, Sal Capaccio of WGR 550 Radio reports.
Impact Milano's injury looked nasty enough when he left Sunday's game that he's probably going to have to at least work on a limited basis Friday to have a viable chance of suiting up against the Dolphins this week. With fellow starter Tremaine Edmunds also hurting, the Bills have some issues amid their LB corps entering Week 2.
SEPTEMBER 17, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Starts off week with absence Milano, who was forced out of Sunday's opener with a hamstring injury, was unable to practice Wednesday, Jourdon LaBarber of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact Coach Sean McDermott labeled the starting linebacker as day-to-day Monday, though it's obvious Milano will have to get some work in Thursday or Friday in order to have a viable shot at playing Sunday in Miami. The Bills could have issues at linebacker with fellow starter Tremaine Edmunds also banged up with a shoulder injury.
