Questionable for Sunday
Milano (pectoral) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Impact
The 26-year-old missed the past two games with the pectoral injury, but he may be able to retake the field Sunday. Milano practiced as a limited participant all week, so he could end up being a game-time decision.

Back to work, limited
Milano, who's missed the last two games with a pectoral injury, is practicing on a limited basis Wednesday, Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News reports.
Impact
The Bills have been gashed by the Titans and Chiefs the last two games, so Milano's ability to play this weekend against the Jets will be an important factor toward the team getting back to its winning ways. Milano may be more important than any player on the team outside of Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and Tre'Davious White.

Unable to play Monday
Milano (pectoral) is inactive for Monday's game versus the Chiefs, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
Milano will spend a second straight game on the sidelines despite practicing fully Friday and logging a limited session Saturday. Tyrel Dodson is expected to start at weak-side linebacker in Milano's place against the Chiefs' powerhouse offense.

Listed as questionable
The Bills have listed Milano (pectoral) as questionable for Monday's game against the Chiefs.
Impact
Milano appeared to be back to full health after full participation at Friday's practice, but his limited workload Saturday has led to a questionable designation. Final confirmation on his status will come closer to kickoff Monday.

Back to full practice
Milano (pectoral) practiced in full Friday, paving the way for him to suit up Monday against the Chiefs, Sal Capaccio of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
Milano has missed two of Buffalo's first five games due to hamstring and pectoral injuries, but he's been terrific when out there, totaling 18 tackles, a sack and an interception. The versatile linebacker will be a welcome addition to Buffalo's defense for a daunting matchup against a Chiefs team that's churning out 29.8 points per game.

Upgrades to limited
Milano (pectoral) was considered a limited practice participant for Thursday's jog-through session, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
While this wasn't a rigorous practice after the Bills got back at it following a rare Tuesday game, Milano did miss practice all last week before ultimately missing the Week 5 contest, so this bodes well for his chances of suiting up for another primetime game Monday, this time against the Chiefs. The team badly felt the loss of its starting outside linebacker in the 42-16 loss, with the Titans scoring a touchdown all six times they were in the red zone.

Out for Week 5
Milano (pectoral) did not participate in Saturday's walkthrough practice and has been ruled out for Tuesday's game in Tennessee, the Bills official site reports.
Impact
The Bills have the look of a powerhouse team, but the one area where they don't feature a lot of depth is at linebacker, where Milano is a solid three-down starter. The loss will be felt, especially against a team like the Titans that likes to pound the ball with Derrick Henry. This will be Milano's second missed game this season, as he sat out Week 2 with a hamstring injury after hurting himself in the opener.

Starts week with absence
Milano, who left Sunday's win over the Raiders with a pectoral injury, will not practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
Considering coach Sean McDermott labeled Milano "week-to-week" instead of "day-to-day" in his Monday press conference, the linebacker's status for Sunday's game in Tennessee is very much up in the air. Then again, we can probably say the same thing about the game itself considering the Titans' current COVID-19 issues.

Receives week-to-week label
Coach Sean McDermott said Milano (pectoral) is considered "week-to-week,", Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
The 26-year-old exited Sunday's win over the Raiders during the fourth quarter due to the pectoral injury, recording six tackles (three solo) and on pass breakup before leaving the contest. Milano's availablility for Week 5 remains up in the air, though his status should be updated later in the week once the Bills return to practice.

Questionable to return Sunday
Milano is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders due to a pectoral injury.
Impact
Milano was forced out of Sunday's contest midway through the fourth quarter. The Bills will rely on Tyrel Dodson to handle expanded defensive snaps as long as Milano remains sidelined.

Fills out stat sheet
Milano posted eight tackles, a sack, a pass defensed and two quarterback hits during Sunday's win over the Rams.
Impact
Now that's what you call a return from a hamstring injury. Milano had a bigger statistical day than teammate Tremaine Edmunds (five tackles), who also returned after a one-game absence. Expect Milano to continue his usual stat-filling ways when the Bills take on the Raiders in Las Vegas. He was on the field for all 69 defensive plays Sunday, so assume he's close to full health again.
