He played a total of 78 regular-season games (43 starts) in the NFL and will finish his career with 166 tackles (88 solo), including 25.0 sacks, four pass defenses, seven forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Davenport appeared in only eight regular-season games for the Lions in 2025 due to a shoulder injury, finishing with 14 tackles (six solo), including 1.0 sacks. Active to face Vikings Davenport (shoulder) is active for Thursday's contest against Minnesota.

Impact Davenport was limited in practice leading up to Thursday's divisional clash, but he's ultimately earned the green light to suit up Christmas Day. Across six regular-season appearances so far, Davenport has totaled 10 tackles (four solo) including 1.0 sacks.

Limited to open Week 17 prep Davenport (shoulder) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice.

Impact Davenport has opened the week with back-to-back limited sessions due to a shoulder injury that he picked up during the Lions' 29-24 loss to the Steelers on Sunday. The Lions will hold their last practice Wednesday, and if Davenport is a full participant in that session, he would likely avoid an injury designation for Detroit's Christmas Day clash against Minnesota.

Questionable to return Davenport (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Impact Davenport went down in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury he sustained during a rep on the defensive line. If the defensive end is unable to return, Tyrus Wheat may receive more rotational snaps at defensive end to close out the game.
