Parts ways with Green Bay The Packers waived Griffin on Monday.

Impact Griffin inked a reserve/future contract with Green Bay in January, but his spot on the roster became redundant following the team's selections of Matthew Golden and Savion Williams in April's draft. Since going undrafted out of Mississippi State in 2024, Griffin has not yet earned an opportunity to make his NFL debut.

Nabs reserve/future deal with GB The Packers signed Griffin to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Impact Griffin was signed as an undrafted free agent by Las Vegas in April, then spent less than two weeks with Cleveland's practice squad in late August and early September. The wideout had been without an NFL organization until Green Bay inked him to a reserve/future contract Tuesday. Griffin posted a 50-658-4 receiving with Mississippi State as a senior, and he was an electric kick returner throughout college, averaging 30.8 yards per return with two TDs in that role.

Cut from Cleveland's practice squad The Browns cut Griffin from the practice squad Tuesday.

Impact Griffin failed to make Cleveland's 53-man roster but began the season with a practice squad spot. Now, though, he's lost that spot to Kadarius Toney. Griffin will look to resurface on a practice squad somewhere in the league.

Impact Griffin was unable to make the Raiders' 53-man roster as the primary returner on special teams. He'll now head to Cleveland, where he will stay ready for an elevation to the active roster.
