Signs future deal with Houston The Texans signed Pryor to a reserve/future deal Wednesday.

Impact Pryor signed with the Texans' practice squad in November after starting the 2025 season as a free agent. The tight end was later placed on the practice squad/injured list with an undisclosed issue, never getting a chance at elevation to the active roster. Now with a future contract in place, Pryor will have a shot to make the 2026 Texans roster.

Moved to injured list Pryor (undisclosed) was placed on the practice squad/Injured list by the Texans on Thursday.

Impact Pryor will be ineligible to play prior to Dec. 14 against the Cardinals. The undrafted free agent out of Northern Iowa was placed on the practice squad/Injured list one day after signing with Houston's practice squad. The nature and severity of his injury haven't been revealed.
