Impact Hamilton apparently suffered his injury during practice this past week as he was listed out just before kickoff against San Francisco. With the second-year outside linebacker out, fellow backups Jonathan Garvin, Tipa Galeai and Kingsley Enagbare should see increased pass rushing opportunities Friday night.
