Remains in Cincinnati The Bengals signed Lassiter to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Impact Lassiter signed with Cincinnati as an undrafted free agent in May and joined the team's practice squad after being cut ahead of the initial 53-man roster deadline. He was elevated for just one contest (Week 12) and didn't record any counting stats across eight offensive snaps. With his new contract, the rookie tight end out of Kansas will get to stick around the Bengals' organization and compete for a roster spot next season.

Impact Lassiter was elevated to Cincinnati's game-day roster for the first time this season ahead of Sunday's win over the Titans. However, the 24-year-old wideout did not log a statistic while playing just eight of his team's 70 offensive snaps. Lassiter will now be eligible for two more activations while with the Bengals' practice squad this season.

Impact Lassiter finished his final campaign with 59 receptions for 653 yards and three touchdowns. He'll likely compete with several wideouts, including Jaivon Heiligh, Kendric Pryor and Jack Sorenson, who were all also signed as UDFAs on Friday.
