The defensive end logged snaps in two games with the team this season and mainly played on special teams. The 2023 fifth-round pick by virtue of the Commanders, Henry could catch on with another practice squad this season.

Moving to Dallas Henry signed with the Cowboys on Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Henry was a fifth-round selection by the Commanders in the 2023 Draft but wasn't able to make an impact there. Ultimately, he found his way to Cincinnati, who waived him from their roster on Sept. 17. The second-year pro has 19 combined tackles, two passes defended and 1.5 sacks in 12 career games. With the Cowboys, he'll be tasked to bolster their depth upfront with DeMarcus Lawrence (foot) and Micah Parsons (ankle) both expected to miss time.

Impact Henry appeared in both games for Cincinnati this season but only played 10 snaps on defense while seeing seven snaps on special teams. The second-year pro was selected in the fifth round by the Commanders in the 2023 NFL Draft but was unable to stick there as well. He'll now be working to find another opportunity elsewhere.
