Signed to Colts' practice squad Fletcher was signed to the Colts' practice squad Tuesday.

Impact Fletcher was cut by the Buccaneers on Aug. 29 after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in May. The tight end will now have an opportunity to operate as an extreme depth option behind Tyler Warren with Indianapolis.

Let go by Tampa Bay The Buccaneers waived Fletcher on Saturday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Impact Fletcher signed with the Buccaneers in early May as an undrafted free agent out of Rutgers. The tight end played just eight offensive snaps in Friday night's preseason finale against the Jaguars, receiving no targets in the contest. Fletcher will remain on waivers through Monday due to Sunday's cutdown day. If the 22-year-old goes unclaimed, he will become a free agent able to sign with any franchise's 53-man roster or practice squad.

Packs for Tampa Fletcher signed with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Impact Fletcher spent his first two seasons at Rutgers on the defensive line before switching to tight end for his junior and senior seasons. In 2025, Fletcher caught 26 passes for 236 yards and no touchdowns. There are five tight ends currently ahead of him on the Buccaneers depth chart; all were drafted by the team since 2022.
