Joins Atlanta practice squad The Falcons signed Dewberry to the practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Impact Dewberry was carted off the field during the Falcons' preseason contest with the Colts on Aug. 22. The guard has recovered from the leg injury he sustained during the contest and is all set to suit up with the team's practice squad as supplemental offensive line depth.

Carted off field Dewberry (leg) exited Saturday's preseason game against the Colts early, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Impact Dewberry got rolled up on and appeared to be having trouble putting weight on his left leg. The offensive guard will receive a further evaluation before a potential return timeline is given. With Dewberry out, Kyle Hinton will likely be the primary depth option at guard for the Falcons.
