Joining Miami Locksley signed with the Dolphins on Sunday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

Impact Locksley played quarterback in college at UTEP but is attempting to make the league as a wide receiver. He'll look to secure a spot on Miami's roster in camp.
