Impact Simon stuck with the Falcons' practice squad throughout the 2025 season after ultimately failing to make the 53-man roster. The tight end was not elevated for any games throughout the 2025 season. The future contract will allow Simon to compete for a spot on the 2026 roster once the preseason commences.

Impact Simon entered training camp as a longshot to make the 53-man roster, but he impressed the coaching staff enough to stick around on the practice squad. The undrafted rookie out of South Carolina will provide the Falcons depth at tight end and could be elevated to the active roster if Kyle Pitts, Charlie Woerner, Teagon Quitoriano or Feleipe Franks were to miss time.

Impact Simon signed with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent in late April and finished with two catches (on three targets) for nine yards across three preseason games.
