Impact Despite signing with the 49ers in late May, the team has already decided to move on from Mims. The Fresno State product has spent time with the Saints and Titans across his three seasons in the NFL, logging 161 total snaps (101 on offense, 60 on special teams) across 14 contests. In a corresponding move, the 49ers signed running back Sincere McCormick to a one-year deal Wednesday.

Impact Mims will now go to work with his third different team in as many years after spending the vast majority of last season on Tennessee's practice squad.
