Doing well after offseason surgery
Fuller underwent offseason surgery on his ankle and is building back up to full football activities, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Fuller suffered a season-ending ankle injury during the Rams' Week 18 loss to the 49ers last season, which set the table for Eric Weddle's improbable return to the NFL. Fuller said Tuesday that his rehab is going well and he's on schedule to be available for the start of the 2022 campaign. He finished the 2021 season with a career-high 113 tackles and added four passes defended and one interception.

Fuller's placement on injured reserve was expected after he sustained a season-ending ankle injury during Sunday's Week 18 loss to the 49ers. Nick Scott could see increased run to begin the playoffs, while the Rams also signed Eric Weddle to their practice squad Wednesday.

Officially activated
Fuller has been officially activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Won't play Week 15
Fuller (illness) wasn't activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and won't be available for Tuesday's game against the Seahawks, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
Even after the NFL pushed back the Week 15 contest two days due to COVID-19-related concerns within the Rams organization, Fuller is one of three starters and nine members of the 53-man roster who wasn't cleared to return from the list prior to Tuesday's 7 p.m. ET kickoff. With Fuller out, Nick Scott is presumably the next man up to start at safety alongside Taylor Rapp.

Placed on reserve/COVID-19 list
Fuller was put on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday.
Impact
The safety was one of many Rams players placed on the list Tuesday, putting his availability for Week 15 in question. If Fuller is able to test negative two times at least 24 hours apart at any point before Sunday, he'll be ready to go for the team's game against the Seahawks. He has registered 21 tackles and deflected two passes in three contests since the Rams' Week 11 bye.

Fuller (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Fuller was considered questionable for Sunday's contest, but it's not much of a surprise he's suiting up after practicing with no limitations Friday. The 23-year-old has played every defensive snap in five of seven games this season, and has 56 tackles (34 solo) and one pass defensed.

Listed as questionable
Fuller (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game versus the Texans, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
Fuller was a full participant at Friday's practice after being sidelined the previous few days. This indicates he is trending in the right direction, but his final status will still depend on how he is feeling closer to kickoff.
