Impact Kibble is set to remain with the Patriots despite having previously been waived. The rookie undrafted free agent will now be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement.

Impact The Patriots announced Kibble (undisclosed) would be placed on the team's injured reserve, however, this procedural move must take place first for the 22-year-old to revert to IR Saturday. The first-year pro will likely not get a chance to make his NFL debut until the 2027 season.

The wide receiver out of Georgetown will not get a chance to prove himself this year unless he is given one of two potential designations on cutdown day that would allow him to return. Kibble will need to focus on his health for a possible NFL debut in 2027.

He'll need an outstanding offseason program to break into New England's deep receiver room.
