Impact Carter spent the first four seasons of his career with the Panthers, and he hasn't missed a game during that time. He racked up a career-high 88 tackles (38 solo) with a pass defense and a fumble recovery in 2021, and he should have a chance to carve out a prominent role among Kansas City's linebackers.
