Signs future deal with Kansas City The Chiefs signed Brownlee to a reserve/future contract Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Brownlee will be on the Chiefs' 90-man roster when the offseason kicks off Feb. 9, which will give the Southern Miss product the opportunity to participate in OTAs and minicamp. He appeared in six regular-season games for the Chiefs in 2025 but saw limited playing time on offense and special teams.

Reverts to practice squad Brownlee reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Impact Brownlee played five of 64 offensive snaps during the Chiefs' 14-12 loss to the Raiders on Sunday but did not show up on the box score otherwise. Brownlee spent time on the Chiefs' practice squad and active roster in 2025 and appeared in six regular-season games, failing to record a catch on one target. He'll enter the 2026 offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

Impact Brownlee was signed to the Chiefs' practice squad Jan. 15 to give Kansas City depth at wide receiver during the postseason.
