Ruled out for Sunday McGhin (undisclosed) won't play Sunday in the Giants' preseason contest against the Bengals, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Impact McGhin apparently suffered an injury during practice Thursday and won't be available for New York's second game of the preseason Sunday. He's among several Giants offensive linemen who have been ruled out for the contest.

Signed by Giants McGhin signed a contract with the Giants on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Impact McGhin's signing came on the same day that the Giants waived Kamaal Seymour, who had reached a deal with the team one day earlier. McGhin was originally signed by Buffalo as an undrafted free agent in 2019 but never played a game with the team. He logged two contests with Carolina in 2019 but hasn't gotten into an NFL contest since.
