Signs with Tennessee Holmes signed a contract with the Titans on Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Impact Holmes was released by Miami last week and will now receive an opportunity in Tennessee. The 30-year-old hasn't seen game action since appearing in eight contests with the Cardinals in 2018.

Impact Holmes will be facing steep competition to earn even a depth role in Miami. He hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2018, when he suited up for eight contests with Arizona.
