Getting X-rays on knee Gore is scheduled to undergo X-rays after injuring his knee during Saturday's preseason game against Carolina, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Gore was having a tremendous outing in the Bills' preseason finale, racking up 101 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries before suffering the knee injury. He has been competing against Ray Davis, Ty Johnson and Darrynton Evans (hamstring) for the backup running back job behind James Cook. The results of the X-rays will be a crucial indication of whether Gore ends up making Buffalo's final 53-man roster at the conclusion of training camp.
